Sequins

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Sequins ("Sequins," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by The Bradley Project LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Sequins mobile app and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Sequins, you agree to the practices described here.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at bradleydion@thebradleyproject.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account information: email address and password (managed through our authentication provider) when you create an account.
  • Profile information: stage name/display name, bio, profile and event photos you upload, social media links (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), and role information if you sign up as a performer, host, or venue.
  • Phone number: performers may add a phone number to their profile for booking purposes. It is shown only to hosts who have booked that performer, not to the public.
  • Content you create: event listings, performer/talent role postings, marketplace listings (including sale, swap, and commission listings), booking requests, and other content you submit within the app.
  • Transaction information: ticket purchases, marketplace and commission sales, booking requests and confirmations, tips, Sequins Pro subscription payments, and promoted-placement payments, all processed through our payment processor (see *Payments* below).
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: general technical information about your device and how you use the app — including how you navigate and interact with app screens — collected to keep the Service running reliably, understand app usage, and diagnose problems.
  • Crash and diagnostic data: if the app crashes or encounters an error, we collect crash logs and related diagnostic information (which may include device information and IP address) through our error-monitoring provider to help us fix the problem. For a portion of app sessions, and for sessions where an error occurs, our error-monitoring provider also records a masked replay of on-screen activity (text and images are masked by default) to help us understand and reproduce issues.
  • Push notification token: if you allow notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you updates about bookings, tickets, and events.
  • Photo library / camera access: if you choose to upload a profile, event, or listing photo, the app requests permission to access your photo library (and camera, if you use it) solely to let you select or take that image.

We do not collect precise GPS location from your device. Event and venue locations shown in the app are the addresses entered by event organizers, not your device's location.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account and profile
  • Operate core features: event discovery, booking requests, ticketing, and the marketplace
  • Process payments for ticket purchases, marketplace and commission sales, tips, subscriptions, and promoted placement (through our payment processor)
  • Process payouts to performers, hosts, and event-day staff (through our payment processor)
  • Send you notifications about bookings, ticket purchases, invites, payments, and account activity
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the Service, including diagnosing and fixing crashes and errors
  • Respond to support requests
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and keep the community safe

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising networks. We do not use any of the information described above for third-party advertising or ad tracking.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Service providers. We use third-party providers to run Sequins, including a backend database and authentication provider, a payment processor, an error-monitoring/diagnostics provider, and push-notification delivery infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
  • Other users. Profile information, event listings, and marketplace listings you choose to make public are visible to other users of the app, consistent with how the feature works (for example, a performer profile or event listing is public by design). A performer's phone number is visible only to a host who has booked them.
  • Payments. See the *Payments* section below.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sequins, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If The Bradley Project LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you if this happens and your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Payments

All payments on Sequins — ticket purchases, marketplace and commission sales, tips, Sequins Pro subscription charges, and promoted-placement payments — are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Sequins does not store your full card number; payment card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices (stripe.com/privacy).

To receive ticket, commission, marketplace, tip, or event-staff payouts, performers, hosts, and event-day staff (e.g., DJs, door staff, photographers) set up a connected payout account through Stripe, which collects the information Stripe requires to verify identity and send payouts (such as name, date of birth, and bank account details). Sequins does not store your bank account number; that information is held by Stripe.

Tips and event-staff payments are passed through in full — Sequins does not take a fee from tips or from payments a host makes to event-day staff.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain it (for example, transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or legal purposes).

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and update. You can review and update your profile information directly in the app.
  • Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Profile > Delete Account, or by contacting us at bradleydion@thebradleyproject.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the retention exceptions described above.
  • Push notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
  • Photo/camera permissions. You can revoke photo library or camera access at any time in your device settings; this may limit your ability to upload photos.
  • California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your data.
  • EU/UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. Contact us at bradleydion@thebradleyproject.com to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

Sequins is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children. Consistent with the app's content rating, Sequins is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the minimum age, we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

Sequins may contain links to third-party sites or apps (for example, a performer's Instagram or TikTok profile). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
